TYA TEACHERS
TYA teachers are trained to an exceptionally high standard and many specialise in specific areas to offer Yoga for specialist needs.
COURSES
The TYA offers Courses, Workshops and Talks on all facets of Yoga – including meditation and philosophy – for teachers, practitioners and the public.
MUKTI
The TYA organises the MUKTI Project which raises funds for impoverished children, battered women and older women.

TYA SHOP
The TYA offers a range of books and CDs related to Yoga.
EVENTS
Throughout the year, events of interest to Yogins and fund-raising for our MUKTI Project.
The TYA is a member of the Independent Yoga Network (IYN)
Our Teachers Training Course is accredited by the Yoga Alliance (USA)
